At SkinCourage, we are dedicated to providing you with exceptional skincare and beauty products. We take pride in the quality of our products and aim to ensure that they reach you in perfect condition. Our refund policy is designed to address scenarios where the product is damaged during transit.
1. Returns for Damaged Products:
We understand that, despite our best efforts, products may occasionally be damaged during transit. If you receive a product from us that is damaged, please follow these steps:
a. Contact Us: Notify us of the damage by sending an email to contact@skincourage.in within 3 calendar days of receiving the product. Please include your order number and clear images of the damaged item.
b. Assessment: Our team will review the provided information and images to assess the damage. We may request additional details if necessary.
c. Return Authorization: If the damage is confirmed and within the specified timeframe, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the damaged product.
d. Return the Product: Ship the damaged product back to us, following the provided instructions. Please make sure to include the RA number with your return.
e. Refund or Replacement: Upon receiving the damaged product and verifying the damage, we will offer you the option of a full refund for the purchase price or a replacement product, as per your preference.
2. Returns in Other Scenarios:
Please note that we do not accept returns for reasons other than product damage during transit. This includes scenarios such as changes of mind, allergic reactions or dissatisfaction with the product's performance. We encourage you to read product descriptions, ingredients and reviews carefully before making a purchase decision.
3. Refund Processing:
For approved returns due to damage, we will process the refund within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
